Consultations are by appointment. Appointments are made by phone during the opening hours of the facilities. Outside the opening hours of our sites or when the situation requires it, emergency consultations can be carried out after a phone call.

Our two sites in Enevermeu and Londinières are equipped with the same medical monitoring software and interact in a network. The file of any animal is therefore searchable wherever you consult us..

Conduct of the consultation :

During the consultation, remember to specify all the information likely to help the veterinarian in his diagnostic process. If you have in your possession the results of examinations that would have been carried out previously with another veterinarian, consider showing them to the practitioner who receives you.

A clinical examination is performed in your presence based on the symptoms presented by the animal and its medical history.

Following this review, the veterinarian can suggest carrying out additional examinations (blood tests, medical imaging, Specimens…) to help him make a diagnosis. No additional examination will be carried out without your prior consent.. Depending on the time required to carry out additional examinations and their urgency, you may be offered to carry them out immediately or to postpone them to a later date.

Medical and/or surgical treatment may be offered to you depending on the pathology presented by your animal, which it is up to you to accept or not..
